Aims/Description: This is a work-based module enabling students to achieve competency against the professional PCF level descriptor for `End of Last Placement' and to provide an opportunity for students to apply learning from all three levels within practice. The unit specifically focuses on leadership skills in forming decisions that directly impact upon service users. Themes and skills to be explored will be how to work with more complex situations and how to work autonomously, seeking appropriate support and supervision.
