Aims/Description: The PMA / PNA is a new and fundamental leadership and advocacy role designed to deploy the A-EQUIP model. The PMA/ PNA programme has been developed for the purpose of preparing those midwives and nurses who intend to seek appointment as a PMA / PNA The training equips learners to listen and to understand challenges and demands of fellow colleagues, and to lead support and deliver quality improvement initiatives in response. Learning will take place over a 12 week period.
