Co-requisites: MED6001, MED6002, MED6003, MED6004, MED6006

Aims/Description: The unit provides practical training in the use of on-line sequence-analysis software, genome browsers and information databases. This is mainly a hands on on-line practical computer-based course. A few explanatory and background theoretical lectures will be provided. Some of the theory discussed in MED6002 is explored here.
