Aims/Description: This unit will examine the principles of property investment and the sources of and access to funding. The topics covered will include: principles of investment; property as an asset class; property and other financial assets; direct and indirect property; risk and return; role and importance of finance in property; principle forms and sources of investment finance accessing appropriate funding.
