Aims/Description: The PMA is a new and fundamental leadership and advocacy role designed to deploy the A-EQUIP medel. The PMA programme has been developed for the purposed of preparing those midwives who intend to seek appointment as a PMA and who have note previously completed the preparation of supervisor of midwives course. Learning will teka place over a 12 week period.
