40 Credits NHS YEAR

Aims/Description: This unit provides health care practitioners the opportunity to synthesise academic endeavour with their specialist area of clinical practice. Practitioners will critically examine a range of evidence pertinent to their chosen area of health and social care practice. They will then use their findings to explore how practice in their field can be further developed and implemented. A strategy for practice implementation will be supported through a critical evaluation of change theories.
