Aims/Description: Health and Social Care is moving forward with a programme of modernisation. There is an increasing need for practitioners to have the skills to take on effective transition into management and leadership roles. This module gives practitioners an opportunity to build on their existing experience by using key theories of management, leadership and organisational behaviour to critically evaluate practice and organisational effectiveness.
