Aims/Description: The module focuses on the methods to help deal with the challenges of ensuring that there is a business focus underpinning service planning and delivery. Participants will learn how to manage resources more effectively, how to engage in the commissioning of services in a more competitive market, how to develop high standards of service delivery and how to manage information more effectively. The module also focuses on the requirement to meet corporate and social responsibilities and the requirement for greater partnership working.
