Aims/Description: The module focuses on the methods to help deal with the challenges of instigating change in highly complex and political organisational contexts. Participants will learn how to undertake diagnostics, define current and future organisational processes, model the integration between organisational processes, apply information systems and metrics into control and monitoring processes, integrate inquiry for strategic prognosis, construct intervention methods and processes, and design evaluations of organization changes.
