Aims/Description: This unit is intended to broaden and deepen participants' understanding and experience of transition management and leadership. It comprises two one-day Master Class events, followed by completion of an extended project that builds on the framework developed in the previous two modules. Each Master Class event involves a packed day of Master Classes, designed to provide skills as well as inspiration, from acknowledged leaders, integrated with extensive between-participant discussions, exercises and plenary sessions. The second Event culminates with development of group and individual project plans which are then completed as the Project phase.
