Aims/Description: This module examines the theory and practice of knowledge management within the context of organisational learning. Models for the theory and application of knowledge management, organisational learning, communities of practice and boundary spanning will be explored. Case studies will allow students to explore these issues in practice, and external speakers will contribute to the debates held. Practical skills and techniques in developing multimedia objects as a means for organisational communication will be developed.
