Aims/Description: Organisations need to be effective users of information in order to survive in the competitive business environment. In this module you will explore the ways in which organisations find, share and use information about their business environment, competitors and customers to support strategic decision-making. You will also explore ways in which organisations use technology to manage their internal information, and present it in new and innovative ways to support strategic decision-making
