Aims/Description: This module enables students to identify, evaluate and develop a range of academic, professional and research skills which underpin success both at University and in the workplace. You will be introduced to theories of learning and of understanding the world which enable you to develop your effectiveness at University and in the wider world. You will reflect on the process of skills development at University and in paid and unpaid employment. You will also develop an action plan to apply your new and developing academic skills to your particular life circumstances.
